Hall Furniture

Coat and Hat Stand.
This is a neat and very beautiful solution for hanging your outer gear and your umbrella.
The shadows remind me of a rake.
Made from Oak and copper.
This is a waiting table

Cello Music Stand. You can now buy these from www.thejollydesign.com

This was a commissioned cello stand, which is made of maple. To deal with the lack of space in small flat's he suggested to combine the cello and music stand.

Normally you have to buy a rubber disk which attaches to a chair, which you then put the cello pin into to protect the floor.  He designed rubber base which the pin goes into and is part of the stand.

Valet Chair

Hello and welcome to my dads Blog. This is the start of something new! Well for him.
As we all know blogging has been around for years but he only found out about it about 3 months ago.

This new design inspired by Hans Vegner, a famous danish designer.
You put your jacket on the back, the seat lifts up to fold your trousers on,
and under the seat is a box for your bits!

He has called it "Saint Hans"
SAN HANS VALET CHAIR BIM BURTON
